London, Ohio (May 02, 2007) — Elite Fitness Systems (www.elitefts.com), a recognized leader in strength and conditioning, will be hosting the “Old School” training seminar on Saturday, June 2nd from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Total Performance Sports Gym (11 Victoria Street), in Everrett.

Elite Fitness team members Dave Tate, Jim Wendler and Marc Bartley will lead the hands-on seminar, bringing their lifetime of knowledge to teach Force Training fundamentals of squat, bench, deadlift and accessory work.

“This is how it all began and this is where I believe the training needs to return,” said Dave Tate, founder and CEO of the London, Ohio-based Elite Fitness Systems.  “The best way to learn is in the gym and under the bar with questions being fired from all angles.”

Total Performance Gym is a nationally-recognized gym with a reputation for producing World Record Powerlifting and National Strongman/Strongwoman qualifiers.  In 2005, Men’s Health named it one of America’s Top 20 Gyms.

“Our facility has a one-track mission—getting stronger,” said C.J. Murphy, owner and head instructor of Total Performance Sports.  “This is a great opportunity to learn from the industry’s top talents, up close and in your face.”
